Wonder why this shrine is here?
1) A modern day knight. How many guys do you know who would willingly sacrifice themselves for a lady? 2) A master swordsman. Best of the best, George was chosen to succeed the former Jack of Diamonds; his speed, grace and ability with a blade being his fortes. 3) The "never say die" attitude. Like the other Shuffle Alliance members, George won't stop fighting until he's completely finished. 4) Great mental capacity. One of the few fighters who's able to use an attack that requires high levels of concentration (Roses Bit based). 5) He has the power when the need is there. Push enough of his buttons, and the one usually dubbed as being the weakest will surprise you. George is a fierce fighter, and possesses amazing strength of will. 6) A shadowed past. George's path to becoming a gundam fighter was by no means easy on the heart and spirit.... 7) A proud warrior, but willing to learn from his errors. Sometimes his pride can get the better of him, but he's not afraid to admit when he's made a mistake, and humble himself enough to make things right with those he cares about. 8) Purple eyes, red hair and an awesome voice. The only real bishounen of the series, this Prince of Scarlet Roses has gorgeous violet eyes and firery red hair, even though some might peg his hair style as being outrageous. (Personally, I think it's sexy!) His Japanese VA, Yamazaki Takumi, is also responsible for playing the parts of Isamu Dyson from Macross Plus and Roybea Roy from Gundam X. And Scott Roberts, who is George's English dub VA, lends my Knight of Scarlet Roses a very smooth, fitting voice. ^_^ 9) Maria Louise, his love interest. She's another character, entirely, and while she annoyed me at first, I really came to love the pairing. She would do anything to help him, and I think that deep down inside, he really does love her. She's good at making him blush, too, which is really cute. ^_~ 10) His image song, "Bara no Yu'uutsu" ("Melancholy Rose). How can you not love those lyrics? "For the love that resides in my chest and for honour only, The battle continues, Life scatters..." |
